Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please read the Returns/Exchanges Policy page for more info!

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

For PRE-ORDER items estimated shipping time will vary and the customer will be promptly be informed when items will ship. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping page at checkout for more information.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Q: How do I care for my apparel?

A: We recommend following the care instructions on the label of each garment. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying. Do not bleach or iron.
